Anthony has been a keen sailor on the River Exe for 50 years. He is an RYA Qualified Powerboat and Dinghy Instructor and active member of the Exe Sailing Club. He served as a member of the Exmouth Coastguard Team for 10 years. Professionally he works as a specialist planning officer dealing with historic buildings. He spent 18 years at Torbay Council so has extensive experience of planning in the marine environment.
