Report an issue with a tree

Report a tree in a dangerous condition

Trees on major roads or highways are the responsibility of Devon County Council and will not be dealt with by us. Further information can be found on the Devon County Council website.

We have a separate form for reporting instances of Ash dieback

Any tree maintained by us that is dangerous will be considered an emergency and dealt with as quickly as possible.

You can report a tree to us if you feel it's an immediate danger, for example:

  • falling trees or leaning trees that have moved recently
  • hanging, broken branches
  • vandalised trees ie snapped or damaged
