Walkable neighbourhoods interactive map

Welcome to our interactive walkable neighbourhoods map.

This unique tool allows you to easily explore the distribution of facilities and services within our city.

Our map uses contrasting colours to provide a quick and intuitive understanding of the most accessible and least accessible areas to access nearby facilities by foot. You can also drill down further to see the locations and catchment areas of thirty four individual facilities across the city.

You can use the legend to toggle different categories on and off, allowing you to view the distribution and walking catchment areas for individual facilities. Clicking on the map will also provide further information.

By exploring the map, you'll quickly identify neighbourhoods with a high concentration of essential services within walking distance. These areas are ideal for those who prefer to walk or bike to their daily destinations, promoting a healthier lifestyle and reducing dependence on vehicles.

We hope you find this map informative and easy to use. If you see an error or if there has been a change in a facility, please contact us and we will make a correction when we next update the map.
