Exhibitions

  • purpose built for exhibitions, conferences, product launches, concerts and events

Parking and access

  • high roller door  4.26 metres wide x 4.57 metres high
  • direct access for lorries and vans into main display area from car parks to ensure easy loading/unloading
  • parking and other uses include outdoor trade fairs, fairground attractions etc
  • level site with 4 parking areas
  • tarmac service roads suitable for HGVs
  • suitable for erection of marquees
  • parking for 2000 cars incorporating space for coaches and commercial vehicles

The Studio

Seats a maximum of 100 delegates and can be laid out as a Theatre, Classroom, Boardroom or open space for fitness classes or clubs.

  • Classroom layout: Max 60 delegates
  • Open space: Max 70 delegates
