Evidence base for existing adopted Local Plan

We have prepared an Affordable Housing Viability Study, which has helped to inform the development of the Core Strategy's affordable housing policy. The study has been produced internally, although with external consultants' and advisors' input. It was written during 2007/08 and updated during 2009.
