1. Authority Monitoring Report

The Localism Act (2011) requires local planning authorities to prepare and publish an Authority Monitoring Report.

The role of this report is to set out progress on the timetable specified in the Local Development Scheme. It is also used to show how the implementation of the policies contained within Exeter’s Development Plan are progressing. It contains reports on nationally prescribed matters including housing provision, whether any neighbourhood plans have been adopted, actions relating to the duty to cooperate, and Community Infrastructure Levy receipts.
