We have no objection to the use of our documents by other local authorities, or applicants for planning permission in another council's area. However, please bear the following in mind:

• our clauses are based on our planning policies. Other planning authorities have different policies, which do not necessarily support the provisions contained in our clauses
• these are complex legal documents and you are strongly advised to seek legal advice before entering into an agreement of this kind. This applies to other local authorities as well as to applicants
