NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 AND ARTICLE 16 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT, AFFECTING A PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY AN D WITHIN 10m OF A RAILWAY LINE

Proposed development at Water Lane. I give notice that Richard Clark is applying to Exeter City Council for planning permission and has submitted revised and additional information for “demolition of existing buildings and structures and residential-led mixed use development providing new dwellings, residential and work space, retail, café/restaurant, community and cultural/leisure/education/hotel uses and associated infrastructure, including vehicular access, servicing, mobility hub, energy plant; alteration of ground levels; drainage and public open space; landscaping and public realm works; including pedestrian and cycle routes, with all matters reserved for future considerations, with the exception of access (Revised Plans)”. This application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement. The proposed development to which the application relates is situated within 10 metres of relevant railway land. The proposed development would affect a right of way to which Part 3 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 (public rights of way) applies.

Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans, the Environmental Statement and other documents submitted with the application on the Councils website, or at The Civic Centre, Paris Street, Exeter, EX1 1NN between the hours of 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).  Members of the public may obtain paper copies of the Environmental Statement from The Civic Centre for which ECC standard copying charges will apply.
