Clipper Quay, The Quay.  T616, 617, 618, 619, 620 - Holm Oaks.  Suggested Works – Re-coppice all.  These works are necessary to ensure the stability of the cliff face, as recommended by the arboricultural and geotechnical reports.  23/1514/CAT *

Lucerne Nursing Home, 40-42 Chudleigh Road, Alphington.  TG1 Alders, fell.  Group of ivy clad alders with rot in the base of the stems.   One of the stems has previously died, one recently failed and hit the care home roof and another has been removed. Fell for safety.  23/1491/CAT *
