With close to 30 years’ experience in Local Government finance, Dave has worked as the Section 151 Officer of Exeter City Council for the last 9 years. Currently Director Finance for the Council, he oversees the Finance department, Corporate Property, Audit and Procurement.

He also acts as a Director of Exeter City Living Ltd, a Housing Development Company owned by the City Council.

He is the Council’s Shareholder Representative for Exeter Science Park Ltd.
