Find out when your bin is collected

To ensure you don’t miss your collection: please place your red kerbside caddy at your usual bin collection point after 6pm on the night before collection, but before 6am on collection day itself.

Our food waste collection crew will empty your kerbside caddy and return it to your collection point.

Please note: your food waste collection crew will not be the same crew that collects your rubbish or recycling, so there may be a gap between the caddy and bin being emptied.

 

Bin reminder service

Don't forget you can sign up to our Bin Reminder Service to receive an email each time your food caddy, rubbish bin or recycling bin is due for collection. 

You will receive an email the evening before your collection is due.

If your collection is delayed by a bank holiday, you will receive an email on the evening before the bank holiday telling you not to put your bin out and then another email on your catch-up day to tell you to put your bin out.
