1. Book a bulky waste collection
- The full range of items will be collected, but only from outside the property. No indoor collections will be offered.
- As normal this service is not for garden waste.
Please make a note of your booking reference. You will need this to cancel your appointment if you begin to feel unwell between making your booking and our crew visiting your property.

We provide a collection service from your home for large or heavy household items.
This is a chargeable service and must be booked and paid for in advance. Bookings are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances we may be able to rebook your collection for the same items provided sufficient notice is given.

Please note: the form will allow a maximum of 5 items to be collected. If you need more that 5 items collecting then please call 01392 277888 and select the department you need.
We run a 3-week collection calendar. If all available collections are taken you will not be able to book a slot. If this happens please keep re-trying on a daily basis.
