We operate a flexible working hours scheme. This allows staff to 'flex' their working patterns to meet council and home-life needs, subject to line manager approval. The scheme does not apply to all roles.

Some of our roles involve annualised hours, shift working, task and finish and fixed working patterns. These working patterns are aimed at meeting service needs.
