About our Landlord Online Training
We are offering landlords a series of pre-recorded videos on a number of property standard and property management topics.
These computer-based tutorials offer a series of interlinked housing standards and housing management modules which can either be viewed individually or as a continuous thread. They cover day-to-day physical management throughout the stages of a tenancy, but also cover paperwork and safeguards of good tenancy management.
Each of the 19 topics have an accompanying further reading checklist that links to more in-depth material. This is followed by a questionnaire designed to establish the attendee’s learning.
The training and accompanying further reading has been created to help landlords access the information they need to ensure they are up to date with current legislation and feel confident in dealing with the day to day management of their rental property.
Each module has a multiple choice questionnaire to complete which will reflect the knowledge level under each area of landlord responsibility.
