Liveable Water Lane: Development Framework and Design Code Supplementary Planning Document.

We have been working to prepare a supplementary planning document (SPD) to guide redevelopment of the Water Lane area of Exeter.

A report recommending adoption of the SPD will be taken to the Council’s Executive on 9 July, followed by Full Council on 16 July 2024.

The report is accompanied by the following appendices:
