Resident involvement

3. Get involved

We run a variety of panels and groups that give tenants and leaseholders the opportunity to get involved in how we run our service.

If you are interested in any of these groups please contact us for more information on how to get involved.

Tenants' Voice

Tenants' Voice is a panel made up of tenants and Housing staff that meets quarterly to consider issues that affect neighbourhoods and estates. The group also plays a role in scrutinising our performance.

Leaseholder Panel

This group is made up of City Council leaseholders. The purpose of this group is to provide leaseholders with a voice to influence decisions made by us, and to consider relevant issues for example service charges, insurance, and major repairs programmes.

Resident Communications Panel

The Communications Panel is responsible for making sure that our publications and reports are user friendly, and that the content is interesting and useful to readers. The panel also acts as an editorial board for the quarterly InSight magazine.

If you have a good grasp of English, a bit of creative flair, and like to see things produced properly, then the Communication Panel could be for you.

Online Consultation Group

Do you want to participate in online consultations and surveys, or to be invited to join focus groups? If so, you may wish to put your name and email address forward to be part of our online consultation group.
