We have adopted a Development Brief for the south-west Alphington Strategic Allocation. The Brief provides detailed guidance to those involved in planning and designing any new development at the site. The Brief is an SPD and therefore a material consideration in the determination of planning applications. Its contents will need to be taken into consideration from the earliest stages of the development process.
