4. Nesting and roosting birds

Nesting birds causing a mess on cars or property

Tree pruning will not prevent birds from nesting or roosting in trees. We do not prune or remove trees to prevent birds from roosting.

Please note that nesting birds are protected under the wildlife and countryside Act 1981.
