6. Householders Guide: Design of Extensions and Alterations SPD
A Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) for householder extensions was prepared and adopted in September 2008. This identifies our requirements in relation to domestic extensions and alterations, and forms the basis for the determination of planning applications.
