Textiles

Clothes in good condition: donate these at a clothes bank or charity shop.

Clothes and textiles in clean but poor condition: check which charity shops will accept these. Currently, Force in Heavitree and Salvation Army on Exe Bridges will accept them. Do not donate these without checking first with the shop.

Soiled/stained clothing and textiles: put these in your black bin.

Thermometer (mercury)

Take these to a recycling centre (placed inside plastic container labelled ‘mercury’ and hand to staff).
