• Day-to-day repairs on both tenanted and ready to let properties
• Planned and Cyclical Maintenance – Planned improvements to properties
• Health, Safety and Compliance - General Health & Safety management and safety inspections
• Asset Management and Development – Stock condition surveys and new build housing
