Data published on this page includes information about business rates.
Business Rates:
Business rates accounts with a credit balance:
Credit bill notices have been sent to all ratepayers where credits appear on their accounts.
No information relating to individuals has been included. All personal information has been redacted in accordance with section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the data as accounts are being updated daily. Credits can be a result of changes made on the rateable value of a property, business rates overpayments, amendments to the start and end dates to accounts etc. With regards to credits there may be corresponding accounts with debits.
When applying for a refund, you will need to provide documents showing that you were or are the ratepayer, or that you have permission from the ratepayer to act on their behalf.
