How it all works

To be eligible for downsizing assistance you need to be a secure tenant of ours and live in a property with two or more bedrooms.

If you are moving within Devon, you must also be registered with Devon Home Choice.

Help Available

We can provide help and assistance with moving home, including paying for removal costs up to the value of £500.
