11. Service standards
Our service standards set out what residents can expect from our Housing service.
We have 6 service standards which are outlined below. Our tenant groups review the standards every 2 years and regularly monitor how well we meet these standards.
Repairs & Maintenance
We pledge to provide safe, well maintained homes.
Neighbourhood & Community
We pledge to work in partnership with other organisations to create neighbourhoods which are safe and well maintained, and where people want to live.
Resident Involvement
We pledge to involve our residents in shaping our services and work collaboratively to strengthen and improve local communities.
Tenancy
We pledge to work with tenants and leaseholders in a variety of ways to ensure all terms and conditions of our tenancies and leases are understood and complied with.
Lettings
We pledge to let our properties as quickly as reasonably possible in order to meet varying housing needs and demand.
Equality & Diversity
In order to meet all our pledges we will provide services which are fair, equitable and accessible, free from discrimination, making reasonable adjustments where we should.
