12. Material Safety Data Sheets
Our trained Pest Control Officers use insecticides and rodenticides to treat pests, all of which are approved for use in domestic premises under the Control of Pesticides Regulations 1986 and 1987.
If our Pest Controllers have done a treatment in your home or business they will have left details of what insecticide or rodenticide they have used and given you advice on what you should and should not do.
The following general advice applies in all cases, but you must also refer to the information on the sheet that you have been given:
- Avoid all contact by mouth
- Keep out of the reach of children
- Prevent access to insecticide or rodenticide by birds and non-target animals such as dogs, cats and poultry
- In case of accident, contact a doctor or veterinary surgeon and show them the information that you have been given by the pest controller
